Water/Aqua/Eau, Glycerin, Cellulose, Butylene Glycol, Hordeum Vulgare Seed Powder, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Powder, Saccharomyces Ferment, Chenopodium Quinoa Seed Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Flower Extract, Propanediol, Panthenol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Allantoin, Disodium EDTA, 1,2-Hexanediol, Hydroxyacetophenone.

To use:
1. Cleanse your face and pat dry.
2. Apply a thin layer of the mask to your face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
3. Gently massage the mask onto your skin in circular motions for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Leave the mask on for another 5-10 minutes to allow the ingredients to work.
5. Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water, massaging your skin as you do so to enhance the exfoliation.
6. Follow with your regular skincare routine.
